This award is designed to ensure that learners will obtain the knowledge and skill through work experience to prepare them for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences, in the workplace of their profession of choice.
If you are not currently working in healthcare you will be required to complete Work Placement in a Healthcare Facility. Work Experience requirement is a minimum 80 hours and a maximum of up 160 hours. Work Placement must be sourced by you.

Required documentation will be available to you for download with all other course materials 3 days prior to your course commencing.

2. If you are working in a healthcare facility you do not need to source work placement. You can complete required assessments in your current healthcare position
Once booking is completed you will be sent the web address to access the course (please remember to check your spam/junk folder)
If you intend on using your smart phone or tablet to attend the course, you will need to download the Zoom app and register before the course.
All details for registration will be forwarded to you following you booking. Please ensure your camera and microphone are working prior to the meeting as this is how attendance is taken. Ensure you are close to a recharging point for your device.
There will be a 10-minute break every hour.
Please ensure you have a quiet uninterrupted area while the course is being delivered for maximum commitment to your course and enjoyment.
